wakkerzeelsebaan
This project imagines a regenerative neighbourhood that creates positive impact beyond its site. Smart water management and landscape are the foundation, shaping both the masterplan and the way people will live together.
It is a place that is connected and inclusive: car-free, green public spaces designed for walking and cycling, with a mix of functions that foster encounters and community life. Flexible housing typologies support lifelong living and can adapt to future needs.
Local bricks are reused for the facades, initiating a meaningful dialogue between the site's roots and its future.
