containers
The project is organized around a clear and flexible spatial logic.
Each container is divided into three longitudinal zones: two outer bands for living spaces (sleeping, dining, sitting) and a central core for services and circulation.
This core forms the technical and functional heart of the home. It houses the kitchen, bathroom, installations, and vertical connections such as stairs and shafts, all within a compact, adaptable unit.
The structure’s rib frame is maintained, allowing side walls to open up and connect spaces horizontally, creating light-filled interiors with large standardized windows.
Standardized openings make it easy to link and stack containers, while all technical systems—water, ventilation, and energy—are integrated within the core.
The result is a modular and resilient spatial system that supports sustainable, efficient, and flexible living.
